Kitchen Team Member 

Job Description:

As preparing hands, our back of house team has the privilege of executing excellent service with quality, precision, and accuracy. The role of the Kitchen Team Member is to prioritize guests by maintaining a clean work environment and fulfilling orders with passion and urgency. With safety the top priority, team members are expected to implement quality assurance and food safety procedures. As Kitchen Team Members come into contact with guests, they must interact through warm greetings, cheerful attitude, focusing on guest needs, and going the second mile to serve each guest beyond expectation.

Starting wage: Up to $16 an hour for Full-Time Open Availability.

General Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize guest needs
  • Prepare for and fulfill orders according to assigned station
  • Clean equipment and counters, wash dishes, empty trash bins, sweep and scrub floors
  • Stock product
  • Help teammates manage other service responsibilities
